
The puffy cheeks expression is a classic look, which can be used in a variety of poses. This expression involves inflating your cheeks as if you are holding your breath. There are different degrees of puffiness, which range from mild (shown above) to an attempt to break the breath holding record (shown below).

Recommended Use
I’ve seen it used well in violent poses like bang or claws, since it adds to the ferocity of the pose. However, it is versatile enough to be used on anything really.

I hate this one the most.
I usually see this kind of facial expression in most of girls’ avatars today. It’s kinda cute but too much of it makes me think these girls are not confident of their own normal look that they have to alter their face to be cuter (or more childish).
